By purchasing a Print Club subscription from ThePointOfThePencil, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Subscription Service
The Print Club is a recurring monthly subscription that provides subscribers with exclusive print releases and related items selected by ThePointOfThePencil. Subscription contents will vary from month to month.
Billing and Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew on a monthly basis unless canceled by the subscriber. By enrolling, you authorize ThePointOfThePencil to charge the payment method on file for all recurring subscription fees, applicable taxes.
Enrollment
Members who subscribe this month, receive next month's Print Club. Ex. A member who subscribes on July 6th will receive the August Print Club with the monthly recurring payment billed again on August 6th for the September Print Club. Cancel anytime before your next billing date to avoid renewal charges. Print Club envelopes for all members are packaged and shipped at the same time at the start of each month regardless of the date a member signed up.
Cancellations
Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time through their Shopify customer account or by contacting ThePointOfThePencil. Cancellations submitted after a recurring payment has been processed will take effect for the following billing cycle. No partial-month refunds will be provided. Cancel the subscription before the day of the month you originally signed up to avoid renewal charges. Ex. A member who originally signed up for the Print Club on November 9th has a monthly renewal day of the 9th. Their recurring payment will be billed on December 9th, January 9th, February 9th and so on.
Refunds and Returns
Due to the limited-edition and made-to-order nature of Print Club items, all subscription payments are final. Refunds, exchanges, and returns are not available except where required by applicable law or in cases where an item arrives damaged or defective.
Claims regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted within 14 days of delivery and may require photographic evidence. Reach out to me via email thepointofthepencil@yahoo.com or Instagram DM @thepointofthepencil
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is free! Domestic orders generally arrive within 5–7 business days after shipment. International orders may require up to 3 weeks or longer depending on customs processing and local postal services.
Print Club envelopes for all members are packaged and shipped at the same time at the start of each month regardless of the date a member signed up. ThePointOfThePencil is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather events, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Changes to Subscription
ThePointOfThePencil reserves the right to modify subscription pricing, benefits, contents, shipping methods, or these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the website, or on Instagram @thepointofthepencil.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ThePointOfThePencil shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to participation in the Print Club subscription program.
