Cancellation policy
Members who subscribe this month, receive next month's Print Club. Ex. A member who subscribes on July 6th will receive the August Print Club with the monthly recurring payment billed again on August 6th for the September Print Club. Cancel anytime before your next billing date to avoid renewal charges. Print Club envelopes for all members are packaged and shipped at the same time at the start of each month regardless of the date a member signed up.
If you wish to cancel your Print Club subscription please do so via the automated subscription confirmation email you would have received from Shopify. Additionally, you can log into your account and manage your subscription at anytime. Cancel anytime before your renewal date to avoid being billed and receiving the following month’s print. Ex. A member who originally signed up on November 9th has a renewal date of the 9th of each month.
We aim to have members receive a month’s Print Club within the first 2-3 weeks of that month. Please allow 5–7 business days for domestic delivery and up to 3 weeks for international orders after your shipment has been sent.
